Every order is backed by our 90-Day Guarantee. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.
This may include replacement products, size exchanges, troubleshooting and usage support, store credit, or other alternative solutions. Our priority is resolution first, not immediate refunds.
How to Start a Request
To request support, you must contact us through our Support page within 90 days of delivery.
Please include your order number or purchase reference, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. Incomplete requests may delay or prevent resolution.
Resolution Process and Eligibility
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, exchange, store credit, or troubleshooting assistance.
Refunds are not automatically granted and are considered only when a resolution cannot reasonably be achieved.
To be eligible for any resolution, the request must be made within 90 days of delivery, the product must have been used as intended, and you must provide sufficient information for us to evaluate the issue. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.
Sizing, Damage, and Returns
If your product does not fit properly, contact us and we will assist with sizing adjustments. In most cases, we will offer a replacement size. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photo or video evidence. Once the issue is verified, we will typically provide a replacement.
In most cases, we do not require physical returns. However, we reserve the right to request a return in certain situations, and if a return is required, instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Consideration
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if a replacement or other resolution is not possible, or if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in refund calculations unless required by law.
Abuse, Fair Use, and Chargebacks
This guarantee is designed to be fair. We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of repeated or excessive refund requests, fraudulent claims, abuse of the policy, or attempted exploitation of promotions or guarantees.
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence, provide proof of delivery, communication, and policy agreement, and deny future purchases associated with abusive activity.
This policy exists to protect both you and us. We are committed to making things right when issues arise, but all outcomes are handled fairly, reasonably, and in accordance with this policy.
