Our products are designed to assist pet owners in monitoring and locating their dogs. However, our products are not guaranteed to prevent loss, injury, or harm. They are a supplemental tool, not a fail-proof system, and proper supervision and responsibility for your pet remain solely with you.

You acknowledge that results vary based on environment, usage, and external systems.

Find My Doggo products are designed for compatibility with Apple AirTag devices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple.

• Apple, AirTag, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
• Tracking performance depends on Apple's network and services.
• We do not control or guarantee the functionality, accuracy, or availability of Apple systems.

By purchasing and using our product, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its use, including risk of pet escape, tracking failure, product damage or misuse, and injury or ingestion of components. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.

You are responsible for proper sizing, fitting, and securing of the product. You agree to regularly inspect the product for wear or damage and to supervise your pet appropriately.

Find My Doggo is not liable for chewing, destruction, or ingestion of components, including AirTags, improper use or misuse, or failure to follow basic safety precautions.

We make no guarantees regarding recovery of lost pets, tracking accuracy or speed, or continuous or uninterrupted service. The product is intended to improve the likelihood of locating a pet, not guarantee it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Doggo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of pets, injury to pets or persons, emotional distress, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find My Doggo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the product, violation of these Terms, or harm caused to any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, limit quantities purchased, and correct pricing errors. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.

By placing an order with Find My Doggo, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting support, and we strongly encourage you to reach out so we can make it right.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us, or after receiving a resolution, may be considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, provide documentation to your payment provider, restrict or block future purchases associated with abusive activity, and pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal means if a dispute is determined to be fraudulent or abusive.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you, and we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by carriers.

All returns and guarantee-related matters are governed by our Refund Policy.

All content on this website is the property of Find My Doggo and may not be used without written permission.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

• Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Florida.
• Each party will bear their own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.

You agree that any disputes will be handled individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative claims.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier delays.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
