Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
Once processed, your order is sent to our fulfillment partner for shipment.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun, and processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.
Shipping Timeframes
As part of our product launch, orders are shipped directly from our supplier.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Most orders arrive within 7 days.
- Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Split Fulfillment and Tracking Information
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on inventory availability. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Delays and Address Accuracy
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, and supply chain disruptions. Find My Doggo is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Loss, Risk, and Non-Delivery Claims
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation, though we may assist where possible and resolution is not guaranteed.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny claims that are submitted excessively late, lack sufficient information, or show confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Shipping Support and Disputes
If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact our support team through the Support page. We will review the situation and may offer assistance, including carrier guidance or replacement consideration on a case-by-case basis.
By placing an order, you agree that shipping timeframes are estimates. Shipping delays or carrier-related issues do not qualify as valid reasons for chargebacks. You agree to contact us first to resolve any shipping concerns before initiating a dispute.
We move fast to get your order out and work with trusted carriers to deliver it. Once it leaves our hands, we rely on those carriers to complete the job, but we are here to help if something goes wrong.
